Spinnaker is the original and most experienced shipping recruitment agency, specialising in shore-based roles. Set up in 1997 by Steve Cox and Phil Parry - a barrister and maritime lawyer respectively, who still run the business today - Spinnaker has placed thousands of candidates in over 40 countries.
We recruit for roles such as technical superintendents, fleet managers, port captains, naval architects, master mariners and chief engineers, ship brokers, commodity traders, charterers, lawyers, and maritime analysts.
