We are a leading provider of staffing, maintenance and facility management services. We directly employ more than 20,000 people across a broad range of industries to provide services for more than 10,000 customers, often under long-term contracts. Our business model is built around our ability to recruit, deploy, manage and maintain a large directly employed workforce of professional, skilled and semi-skilled staff with a wide range of capabilities.
We operate through a network of more than 100 branches, often delivering multiple services from across our business. Our team of 20,000+ come from a range of cultural backgrounds and all contribute to the diversity of our company.

Company History
Founded by Norman Miles more than 65 years ago, our business capability has grown to be one of the largest providers of staffing, maintenance and facility management services across Australia and New Zealand.
We started as Norman Miles Paint Services in 1951 with just one paint van and few tradesmen on the brushes. We now employ more than 20,000 people each day across a range of disciplines providing services to more than 10,000 customers.
We’ve grown as a result of numerous mergers over the years, and each service offering we provide has a rich history which contributes to the overall Programmed journey.
We’re proud of our roots and achievements to date, from a small painting company founded in 1951, we’re now a leader in our field.
