Company History
Marine Search Associates began in 1995 as our founder recognized the need for a specialist within the industry. After 10 years of recruiting for some of the leading staffing companies in South Florida and having a handful of clients within the Maritime Industry, it was a natural step when creating the company. We are members of the NMEA, NMMA, SHRM, MIASF, and a board member for the local Junior Achievement organization which promotes Free Enterprise Education and Entrepreneurship for children from K-12th grade Students.
