Requirements
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on outboard and inboard engines
Rig new and pre-owned vessels for customer delivery
Install OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories
Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and recommend preventive maintenance
Conduct lake or water testing when needed
Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality repair work
Collaborate within a team that values precision, professionalism, and pride in craft
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on marine technician experience (dealership experience preferred)
Manufacturer certifications with Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, or MerCruiser preferred
MMI or similar technical school education a plus
Proven diagnostic and rigging expertise
Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive work ethic
Availability to work Saturdays (shop closed Sundays)
Team player with a strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety
